Volunteer Training

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Broxtowe Women’s Project.

Volunteers play a vital role in helping us support women and children affected by domestic abuse. Whether you’re helping at events, supporting fundraising activities, assisting in our charity shop, providing administrative support, or acting as an ambassador within the community, your time and commitment help us make a real difference.

This training hub has been created to provide you with the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to carry out your volunteer role safely and effectively. The videos and resources on this page will introduce you to Broxtowe Women’s Project, our values, safeguarding responsibilities, confidentiality requirements, and the important role volunteers play in supporting our mission.

You can work through the training modules at your own pace and revisit them whenever you need a refresher.
