Mental Health & Wellbeing

Mental health is just as important as physical health.
Everyone experiences difficult days, overwhelming emotions or periods where life feels harder to manage and it’s okay to ask for support.

Whether you are struggling with stress, anxiety, low mood, trauma, loneliness, burnout or simply feeling emotionally exhausted, you are not alone. Support, information and practical resources are available to help you take the next step, at your own pace.

This page has been created to bring together trusted resources, wellbeing support, self-care tools and organisations that may help you or someone you care about. We understand that everybody’s experience is different, and there is no “right” way to feel or recover.

Sometimes taking the first step can feel difficult. Even reading this page is a positive step towards looking after yourself.

Looking after your wellbeing

Small steps can make a difference. Things such as rest, routine, movement, talking to someone you trust, creative activities, time outdoors, mindfulness or connecting with supportive communities can all support mental wellbeing.

Remember:

  • You do not have to cope alone
  • Asking for help is a strength
  • Recovery is not always linear
  • Your feelings are valid
