Thank you to PayPlan for their kind donation

BWP would like to say a huge thank you to our partner, debt advice provider PayPlan, for a recent kind donation.

Their donation will enable BWP to continue to deliver our core services; ultimately empowering women who have experienced Domestic Abuse to lead independent, fulfilling, safe and positive lives.

On the donation, BWP’s CEO Colette Byrne said: “We have to bid for funding to continue our essential services, and these bids are frequently rejected, so we’re unbelievably grateful to PayPlan that they value our partnership and work to the extent of donating another significant, and much-needed amount of funding that will enable us to continue services when current funding drops.”

PayPlan CEO Rachel Duffey added: “Broxtowe Women’s Project (BWP) is a fantastic local charity that provides much-needed support for survivors of Domestic Abuse.

“We are proud to have a long-standing partnership with BWP, which has allowed us to educate our debt advisors when spotting the signs of domestic abuse and dealing with the emotional strain it may have.

“We hope our donation will allow the incredible staff at BWP to continue their important work and provide support to the people who need it the most.”
