Food donations will brighten Bank Holiday
BWP would like to say a huge thank you to Lear Corporation– the automotive technology leader in seating based in Alfreton – for their recent generous donation of fresh food.
Following a collection and fundraiser, Lear’s GROW team hand-delivered fresh fruit, vegetables and produce for BWP to share with the women we support over the Late May Bank Holiday weekend. This was a further gift following their donation at the start of May.
To say thank you, one of the women gave Lear’s GROW team a lovely picture he’d made of Spiderman enjoying the fresh fruit.
The group from Lear joined BWP colleagues along with friends from the DH Lawrence Birthplace Museum for a walk in sunshine and showers as part of #NationalWalkingMonth
A huge thank you from the families we support to Lear for their kind donation of food for the half term break.
